I wrote a post on the Bellevue Biz fb page looking for a locally owned AC business as the fan on the outside AC unit had quit working over the weekend. I called & left a message Tuesday late morning. Sally called back within a couple hours & booked an appointment for a service technician to stop by my house on Tuesday from 3:30-4. The service technician arrived around 3 & was finished by 3:40. He fixed the issue with the fan & also installed a new thermostat inside. He was very friendly, helpful, & answered all my questions.
